James Perry is running for mayor of New Orleans in the 2010 race and is capitalizing on the city's frustration to do it. Perry's team put together the following ad dubbed "5 Changes" that promises he will take on blight, crime, corruption, budgeting, and economic development within his first five days in office. But unlike this version in which Perry calmly lays out his plan, the ad below showcases angry actors cursing their way through a 30-second spot.
